Brian Newcombe has long been one of Canada's top session bassists. His rock-solid bottom and earthy feel have been heard in performances with such artists such as Ray Charles, Boz Scaggs, Schuld & Stamer, Peabo Bryson, Philip Bailey, and Oleta Adams, Bryan Adams, Paul Anka, Boz Scaggs, Kenny Loggins and Chicago. He has recorded with Heart, Jim Brickman and many others too numerous to mention.
